Evision Passwords

Having your Evision password reset

Your Evision username and password are the same as your University network login and password. Usernames and passwords are included in your Letter of Admission or are otherwise issued to you at the start of your course. Applicants to the University who are eligible to use the Applicant Portal are issued their usernames and password following receipt of their application.

Your network login is in the format ABC1234 and is also printed on your student identity card. You will need to have your password reset if you:

  • think are using the correct username and password but are unable to log into Evision
  • do not know your password
  • have forgotten your password

If you register with the University's password self-service facility you will be able to reset, change or unlock your password easily and securely online. To register for this facility click on the Password Management link on the evision login page, or click here.

If you have not registered with this facility you will need to visit a student IT helpdesk to have your password reset. If you are unable to visit a helpdesk and have not registered  for with self service facility, you can telephone the IT helpdesk on 020 7133 4444.

Please note: if you are currently suspended from the University for non payment of tuition fees your access to IT facilities will have been suspended and your account will not be re-activated until outstanding fees have been paid.
