Accessing Help pages

On-line help is available within Evision. To access help click on the Help/Query button on the top right-hand-side of the screen or select the '?' icon where available within screens.

If you are unsure what an Evision page is showing you or do not understand the codes or terms used, select help for more information. If you have a query about the actual information held on your record, such as results or the modules for which you are registered, the on-line help will tell you who to contact. If you think the information on your record is incorrect or incomplete, please contact your Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office.

Printing Information from Evision

From the page that you want to print, select 'Print' from the 'File' menu of your browser, or type Ctrl+P. The copy should print out from your local printer. Remember, the information displayed on the results page is for your information and a printout of this page is not an official University transcript.

Some information you access within Evision will open in a new window. Please ensure you close these separate Evision windows before you logout from the main screen. To logout of the main Evision screen select the Logout link in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
